Mr. T.N. Kandakure is a technocrat and visionary entrepreneur with a postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad). He began his professional journey with Bajaj Auto Ltd. in the Tool Room department, where he gained expertise in tool design and development over a period of 7 years. He then served as Technical Director at Badve Group for 3 years, gaining extensive exposure in press tools, product development, and costing.

With a decade of strong industry experience and an initial investment of just Rs. 5 lakhs, Mr. Kandakure founded the Dhananjay Group in 1999, starting with a small press shop. Under his leadership, the group has grown into a leading manufacturer of sheet metal stamping and its welded components, specialized in Fine Cut Technology serving key sectors including Automotive, Textile, Home Appliances, Chemical and various other engineering industries. 

In recognition of his significant contributions to industry and society, Mr. Kandakure was recently honored with the State-Level Maha Gaurav Award in 2024, presented by the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Mr. Ajit Pawar.

Mr. Kandakure is an active member of MASSIA (Marathwada Association of Small-Scale Industries) and the GIZ Cluster – a German government-funded initiative focused on SME development in India. His commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth continues to drive the success and expansion of the Dhananjay Group.
