Stamping Capability

  • Fine blanking press up to 400 Ton, Mechanical presses up to 1000 Ton & Hydraulic press up to 250 Ton capacity
  • High speed stamping up to 500 Ton capacity.

Cold Forging

  • Cold forging for making Spokes & Nipple for motor cycle wheels & D-Boss.

Welding & Assemblies

  • Dedicated fabrication shop with robotic welding facilities.
  • Spot, projection & TIG welding machine.
  • Special process such as Wire Mesh, Expanded Mesh, Perforation.

Surface Treatment

  • Fully Automatic Electroplating.
  • Fully Automatic Powder Coating.
  • Liquid Nitriding & Phosphating Plant.
